Summary

1998-03-06: T114 TUTOR CAF RAVEN 19 - DURING THE DEPARTURE, THE PILOT REPORTED THAT A LANDING GEAR UNSAFE INDICATION HAD BEEN RECEIVED. THE A/C FLEW PAST THE TOWER FOR AN INSPECTION AND IT WAS OBSERVED THAT 1 MAIN LANDING GEAR WAS UP WHILE THE OTHER WAS DOWN. THE PILOT EXTENDED THE LANDING GEAR MANUALLY AND LANDED SAFELY AFTER A SECOND TOWER FLYPAST. OPS IMPACT - UNKNOWN. TIME = 1412Z. ACTION = PAX, PAH, TSB.
