1998-02-19: B190 BEECH 1900 C-GFAC - A/C WAS APPROACHING BUTTONVILLE A/P FROM THE SIMCOE VOR AT 3500 FT ASL. AT APPROX. 9 NM FROM THE A/P, THE PILOT OBSERVED A LIGHT A/C (C150 RED AND WHITE). PILOT TOOK EVASIVE ACTION, AND PASSED APPROX. 300 FT FROM THE C150. OPS IMPACT - UNKNOWN. TIME = 1430Z. ACTION PAX, TSB.
