1998-02-18: B767 CDN AIRLINES C-GLCA - THE FIRST OFFICER, PILOTING THE A/C DURING TAKE- OFF SUFFERED FROM MILD INCAPACITATION. PILOT TOOK OVER CONTROLS AT 5000 FT.
