1998-02-17: TU154 CUBANA 9015 & B767 CDN 993 - THE TU154 DEPARTED RWY 24L AND MADE A RIGHT TURN INTO THE DEPARTURE AREA OF RWY 24R. THE B767 DEPARTED RWY 04 ON STANDARD INSTRUMENT DEPARTURE TO 5000 FT AND WAS THEN INSTRUCTED TO STOP CLIMB AT 3000 FT. CUBANA WAS ISSUED TO A LEFT TURN TO 210 DEGREES WITH A CLIMB TO 7000 FT. BOTH A/C CAME WITHIN 1 MILE HORIZONTALLY AND 800 FT. VERTICALLY. OPS INPACT UNKNOWN. TIME = 2235Z. ACTION = PAX, TBS, IKO-PIA.
