1998-02-06: T114 TUTOR COBRA41 - ON MINIMUM FUEL MADE A VISUAL APPROACH TO RWY 26 & LANDED ON TXWY L. RWY 26 100% SNOW COVERED WHILE TXWY L HAD BEEN PLOWED. CONTROLLER WAS UNABLE TO DETERMINE THAT A/C WAS LINED UP FOR THE TXWY UNTIL IT WAS ABOUT 500' ABOVE GROUND. TXWY WAS SCANNED FOR UNAUTHORIZED VEHICLES FOR POTENTIAL CONFLICT BUT NONE WERE FOUND. NIL OPS IMPACT. TIME = 2046Z. ACTION = PAE TSB.
