1998-02-04: PA28 CHEROKEE C-GQFN, A STUDENT PILOT ON FIRST SOLO SLID OFF THE END OF RWY 22. THE STUDENT HAD NOT COMPENSATED FOR THE LIGHTER LOAD. THE RWY HAD BEEN SWEPT AFTER A LIGHT SNOW PRIOR TO THE INCIDENT. NO DAMAGE OR INJURY REPORTED. ONE AIRCRAFT PULLED UP AND CHANGED TO A DIFFERENT RWY. TIME = 2128Z.
