1998-02-04: CH9 CITABRIA C-GEDP WAS ON A TOUCH AND GO WHEN THE AIRCRAFT VEERED OFF THE RUNWAY INTO SNOW AND NOSED UP. THE PILOT WHO WAS ALONE WAS WEARING THE AVAILABLE SHOULDER HARNESS AND WAS NOT INJURED. AIRCRAFT DAMAGE WAS RESTRICTED TO THE PROPELLER. THE WIND WAS REPORTED TO BE DOWN THE RUNWAY. TIME = 1630Z.
