Summary

1998-02-10: TDR504 A CV58 CONVAIR 580 DEPARTED RUNWAY 18 AT WINNIPEG FOR CALGARY AT 0720Z. SHORTLY AFTER THE PILOT ADVISED THAT HE WAS RETURNING DUE TO A DOOR WARNING INDICATION. FUEL WAS DUMPED AND COMPLETED AT 0755Z. THE PILOT THEN ADVISED THAT THE LEFT FUEL VALVE HAD STUCK OPEN. THE AIRCRAFT HAD 2 PERSONS ON BOARD AND 3300 LBS OF FUEL. THE AIRCRAFT LANDED WITHOUT FURTHER INCIDENT AT 0802Z. TIME = 0720Z.
