RESULTED IN VARIANCE ON AIRSPEED +- 20 KTS AND 5 DEGREE PITCH-UP IN ATTITUDE. 3 ATTENDENTS THROWN TO FLOOR. 1 ATTENDENT SUFFERED SERIOUS NECK INJURY. SEAT-BELT SIGN ILLUMINATED EARLIER IN FLIGHT.
