1998-01-14: PA32 CHEROKEE N8229A - AS THE PILOT ATTEMPTED TO LAND, THE RAIN LEFT THE A/C WITH NO BRAKING ACTION. THE A/C BEGAN SLIDING OFF THE RWY, AND THE PILOT ATTEMPTED TO GROUND LOOP TO THE LEFT. THE RIGHT GEAR COLLAPSED, RESULTING IN DAMAGE TO THE RIGHT WING TIP. THERE WERE NO REPORTED INJURIES. TIME = 1930Z.
