Summary

1997-03-03: FA28 FELLOWSHIP C-FTAV - A/C WAS INITIATING TAKE-OFF RUN WHEN THE PILOT NOTICED THE NO.2 ENGINE OPERATING ERRATICALLY. THE PILOT ABORTED THE TAKE- OFF AND TAXIED THE A/C BACK TO THE RAMP. AN EXTERNAL INSPECTION FOUND FUEL LEAKING FROM NO.2 COWLING. AN INSPECTION BY MAINTENANCE FOUND A LOOSE FUEL LINE FITTING THAT WAS TIGHTENED AND THE A/C RETURNED TO SERVICE. TIME = 0121Z.
