1997-03-03: PA3T CHEYENNE I C-FYPL - A/C INBOUND ON AN IFR FLIGHT PLAN FROM GERALDTON TO THUNDER BAY REPORTED A LANDING GEAR PROBLEM. WINNIPEG ACC, CFR, AND COMPANY WERE ADVISED. THE PILOT EXTENDED THE LANDING GEAR MANUALLY AND THE A/C LANDED WITHOUT FURTHER INCIDENT. TIME = 0600Z.
