1997-03-03: IBSO ULTRALIGHT - AN ULTRALIGHT WAS OBSERVED TAXIING ERRATICALLY AT THE OWNER'S FIELD. RIGHT WING CONTACTED A HEDGE AND THE PILOT WAS EJECTED THROUGH THE WINDSCREEN. THE ENGINE WAS STILL RUNNING AT SUBSTANTIAL POWER AND AS A PASSERBY CAME TO ASSIST, THE PASSERBY WAS HIT AND SERIOUSLY INJURED.
