1997-03-03: C402 CESSNA C-FFCH - A/C DEPARTED RWY 35 FOR NORTH AT 1635Z. FSS NOTICED CONTRAIL/SMOKE FROM A/C RIGHT ENGINE WHEN AT APPROX. 800 FT. SMOKE BECAME DARKER. FSS CONTACTED THE PILOT AND PILOT DECLARED AN EMERGENCY AND A/C STARTED TO VIBRATE. A/C RETURNED AND LANDED RWY 17 WITHOUT FURTHER INCIDENT. SUSPECTED BLOCKED OIL BREATHER LINE. TIME = 1639Z.
