1996-09-06: T114 TUTOR PHOENIX2 - THE PILOT REPORTED AN UNSAFE GEAR INDICATION. HE COULD NOT GET A GREEN LIGHT AND FLEW BY THE TOWER FOR A VISUAL CHECK. HE FLEW IN THE LOCAL AREA FOR APPROX. 15 MINUTES AND FINALLY GOT A GOOD GEAR INDICATION AND LANDED SAFELY ON RWY 27. TIME - 2313Z.
