1996-09-06: C303 CRUSADER C-GMPI - AFTER TAKE OFF RWY 25 FOR COLLINGWOOD THE PILOT WAS UNABLE TO RAISE THE GEAR & THE NOSE GEAR INDICATED UNSAFE WHEN THE GEAR WAS LOWERED. GEAR LOWERED MANUALLY & THE A/C LANDED WITHOUT FURTHUR INCIDENT. TEMP WAS -30 DEGREES. SOME MAINTENANCE WAS CONDUCTED & AT 1900Z THE A/C DEPARTED ON ORIGINAL FLIGHT PLAN. 2 POB. TIME = 1529Z.
