1996-09-06: DC9 ACA668 - MONCTON ATC CENTRE ADVISED THAT AN A/C BLEW A TIRE ON TAKE-OFF FROM YYZ. UNKNOWN WHICH A/C HAD PROBLEM. A/C LANDED AND WHEN ON APRON AT SAINT JOHN, ADVISED THAT LEFT MAIN OUTER HAD BLOWN. FURTHER INVESTIGATION DETERMINED THAT PART OF RECAP CAME OFF BUT REST OF TIRE INTACT AND INFLATED. TIME = 1942Z. ACTION = MAH/HZ.
