1996-02-06: B747 UAL915 + B747 UAL917 - UAL 915 AT FL330 ADVISED CLIMBING OUT OF FL330 DUE TO TCAS ALERT WHICH INDICATED TRAFFIC 100' BELOW. CONTROLLER ADVISED NO TRAFFIC BELOW BUT TRAFFIC ABOVE (UAL 917 AT FL350). UAL 915 PROCEEDING NO HIGHER THAN FL33.6 THEN DESCENDED BACK TO FL330. TIME - 1551Z. ACTION - MAB.
