1996-03-18: DH8 ARN823 - AT 1100Z, A/C WAS INBOUND FROM ST JOHN'S AND ADVISED OF AN UNSAFE GEAR INDICATION AND HOLDING AT 6000 FT. A/P DUTY MANAGER AND ERS ADVISED. AT 1114Z, A/C ADVISED THAT THEY WERE RETURNING TO ST JOHN'S AT 1120Z. THEN ADVISED "OPS NORMAL" AND RETURNING TO GANDER. NO ASSISTANCE REQUIRED. LANDED SAFELY AT 1136Z. TIEM = 1000Z. ACTION = MAH/HZ.
