1996-03-18: DH6 TWIN OTTER LAL200 C-GNOY - A/C DECLARED EMERGENCY WITH GOOSE BAY TOWER. THE LEFT ENGINE FAILED DUE TO LOSS OF OIL PRESSURE. A/C LANDED SAFELY AT 1410Z. WX VFR. IT WAS DISCOVERED THAT THE FILLER CAP WAS LOOSE. TIME = 1405Z. ACTION = MAH.
