1996-01-23: BAE146 ATL491 - A/C DEPARTED FROM HALIFAX WHEN TOWER OBSERVED THE RIGHT MAIN GEAR WAS NOT RETRACTED. A/C ADVISED AND THE PILOT CANCELLED IFR AND REMAINED OVER THE CITY WHILE TALKING TO COMPANY MAINTENANCE. PROBLEM EVENTUALLY SOLVED AND THE A/C CONTINUED TO HALIFAX AT 1257Z. ERS ADVISED. TIME = 1247Z. CONTACT = HALIFAX DISTRICT OFFICE.
