The brakes of a Vanguard Air Care Inc. Beech 200 (C-FDEB/VN08) from Thompson, MB (CYTH) to Thompson, MB (CYTH) froze while the aircraft was on Taxiway A. Taxiway A was closed via voice NOTAM at 0958Z. VN08 taxied off Taxiway A at 1051Z, after assistance from Calm Air maintenance.

A Vanguard Air Care Beech 200 (VN08) from Winnipeg/Richardson, MB (CYWG) to Winnipeg/Richardson, MB (CYWG) reported an issue with one engine and advised returning to CYWG. No assistance requested. Aircraft landed at 0228Z. No impact to operations.

The Island Lake, MB (CYIV) weather station confirmed that all lighting at the aerodrome was unserviceable (U/S). A Vanguard Air Care Beech 200 (C-FDEB/VN08) from Winnipeg/Richardson Intl, MB (CYWG) to Island Lake, MB (CYIV) that was inbound for CYIV was advised and elected to divert to an alternate destination. The CYIV airport manager was advised.
