Incident at 10NM MONTRÉAL INTL (MIRABEL) QC (CYMX)

En route to Toronto/Lester B. Pearson (CYYZ), ON, an Air Transat Airbus A330-300 (TSC523), from London/Gatwick (EGKK), UK, to Toronto/Lester B. Pearson (CYYZ), ON, reported that a passenger on board had a problem and required an ambulance on arrival. Arrangements made. The aircraft landed on Runway 33R at 2126Z. No impact.

Incident at TORONTO / LESTER B. PEARSON INTL ON (CYYZ) (Aerodrome - other)

An Air Transat Airbus A330-300 (TSC523) from London/ Gatwick (EGKK) to Toronto, ON (CYYZ) landed runway 24L and had to backtrack to taxiway D4 which is the last available exit due to construction. As a result, Tower overshot an Air Georgian Beech 1900 (GGN7259) from Kingston, ON (CYGK) to Toronto, ON (CYYZ).

Incident at TORONTO / LESTER B. PEARSON INTL ON (CYYZ)

UPDATE: TSB REPORT#A13A0103: The Air Transat Airbus A310 (registration C-FDAT) aeroplane was enroute from London Gatwick (EGKK) to Toronto Pearson (CYYZ). The aircraft was in cruise flight approximately 65 NM SW of Goose Bay (CYYR). The crew noted a decreasing volume of hydraulic fluid and then a "Green HYD SYS LOW LVL" warning on the ECAM confirming an hydraulic leak. The crew followed the QRH procedure and advised ATC and company Operations. The aircraft continued to destination due to the absence of any other system degradation. The aircraft landed without incident and stopped on the runway requiring a tow to the gate due to the loss of nose steering. Maintenance traced the leak to the number 2 engine hydraulic pump case drain tube, the tube was cracked and cross threaded onto the fitting. A company follow-up with the repair facility responsible for this portion of the recent engine refurbishment has been initiated. The drain tube and fitting was replaced and the aircraft returned to flight status.
An Air Transat Airbus A310-308 (C-FDAT/ TSC523) from London/ Gatwick (EGKK) to Toronto, ON (CYYZ), while enroute from EGKK advised ATC of potential nose wheel steering problem and expected to remain on runway after stopping. TSC523 landed CYYZ runway 15L at 1651Z and was towed to the gate. No operational impact.

An Air Transat Airbus A310 (TSC523) from London/ Gatwick (EGKK) to Toronto, ON (CYYZ) advised of hydraulic problems, no assistance required, no impact on ATS operations.

TSC523, Airbus A330-243, enroute from London (EGKK) to Toronto (CYYZ), just east of Loach intersection, declared a medical emergency. The flight was cleared direct to Goose Bay (CYYR). The aircraft landed safely at 18:30Z.

The aircraft was on an IFR flight from Panama (Tocumen International Airport, Panama (MPTO) to Toronto (LBPIA) (CYYZ). The flight crew declared a medical emergency and was given priority to land on runway 23. The aircraft landed uneventfully at 2317Z. Ops. impact -- unknown.

Incident at TORONTO / LESTER B. PEARSON INTL ON (CYYZ)

CHQ4282 SAAB FAIRCHILD 34 CHATAUQUA AIRLINES IFR Toronto (LBPIA) to Dayton, OH (U.S.A.) TSC523 arrived IFR from Orlando, FL (U.S.A.) and landed on runway 33L. The flight crew was instructed to taxi to Terminal One via taxiways "Hotel", "Golf", "Echo" and to hold short of "Romeo." TSC523 missed the turn from "golf" to "Echo" and entered runway 33R without clearance as CHQ4282 was about to depart off the same runway. CHQ4282 had their takeoff clearance cancelled and TSC523 was then cleared across the runway to the ramp. Ops. impact -- not reported. O.P.I.: PAP
