Incident at Thompson, MB

N321DH, a Pilatus PC-12 with 6 people on board, departed Thompson on an IFR flight to Green Bay, and shortly after takeoff, the pilot advised that he had a gear problem. The gear indicator was showing the mains as being down and the nosegear as being retracted. After circling the airport a few times, the pilot reported that the gear was now showing three green. He elected to return and landed safely with ERS on standby. No other a/c were inconvenienced. The reason for the gear problem is not known, although the pilot appears to have rectified the situation because the a/c departed without further problem at 0131Z. OPI - System Safety
