Incident at Gander Oceanic Airspace

N206TL, Cessna T206H, enroute from Saint-Pierre (LFVP) to Azores (LPPD), was cleared 4640N050W 4530N045W 4530N040W 4220N035W 40N030W at 21,000 ft. The aircraft was not HF radio equipped. On relay through another aircraft at 4530N045W, the pilot indicated that the flight was continuing direct 4220N035W. Attempts to confirm and re-clear the aircraft were not successful. The aircraft later confirmed through another relay that it had travelled direct 4220N35W.
