Incident at SAINT JOHN NB (CYSJ)

GGN7491, Beech 1900D, enroute from Halifax (CYHZ) to Saint John (CYSJ), reported a bird strike during the landing on Runway 23. No damage was reported.

Incident at HALIFAX / STANFIELD INTL NS (CYHZ)

GGN7491, Beech 1900D, departed Halifax (CYHZ) for a flight to Fredericton (CYFC) at 15:21Z. The aircraft returned to Halifax as the landing gear failed to retract. No assistance was required. The aircraft landed safely at 15:36Z.
UPDATE: The landing gear would not retract. The flight returned to Halifax (CYHZ) as the weather was better. The landing gear selector handle and the landing gear circuit breaker were replaced.

Incident at FREDERICTON INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT (Incursion - runway - vehicle)

Truck 381 became disabled inside the 200 ft protective area while trying to exit at the vehicle holding bay. The truck was off the paved surface inside 200 ft. GGN7491, a Beech 1900 enroute from Halifax (CYHZ) was on an 8 mile final to Runway (RWY) 27. GGN7491 was told by the tower controller the vehicle?s position and would be unable to deliver landing clearance. The pilot of GGN7491 landed with his own discretion and there was no impact to operations.

Incident at HALIFAX / STANFIELD INTL NS (CYHZ)

UPDATE Maintenance & Manufacturing: The aircraft experienced an intermittent right hand generator tie open annunciation. The aircraft was returned to service following the repair of the right hand starter/generator sensor wire and ground test.
GGN7491, Beech 1900D, enroute from Halifax (CYHZ) to Fredericton (CYFC), departed at 17:38Z and returned with an electrical problem. No assistance was required. The aircraft landed safely at 18:25Z. TSB evaluating.
