Incident at CYA733 ( southwest of Goose Bay )
HRASR FA27 was cleared Goose Bay ALCOB to Halifax at 18,000 feet. Enroute the aircraft appeared to be on course to penetrate CYA733 which was active. The controlling centre in Montreal was alerted and also Goose Bay RATCON. RATCON advised CYA733 had just been vacated by the exercise aircraft who were now 40 miles final for Goose Bay. Further discussion with HRASR revealed the aircraft was navigating using a previous set of coordinates for ALCOB which would infringe on CYA733. The new coordinates for ALCOB had not yet been updated in the aircraft database.
