Incident at 32 miles West of Gander

EWW173 DC8 departed Gander and cleared unrestricted to FL280 direct TOPPS intersection. N150JT DA50 was cleared direct TOPPS, destination Gander and issued an unrestricted clearance to 6000 ft. Nine minutes after departure, EWW173 was issued a 15 degree right turn. Moments later, N150JT received a TCAS resolution Advisory. Radar analysis indicates that radar separation eroded to aprx 2.5 miles where 3 miles was required. Investigation ongoing. TSB case closed.

Incident at Gander

EWW173 DC8 enroute Brussels to Gander commenced a missed approach due to a No Gear indication light. Aircraft commenced another approach and landed safely at 0137z. No assistance required. Nil TSB
