Incident at 10NM PEARSON (TORONTO/LBP ONT) ON (YTP) VOR/DME

An Executive Jet Management Dassault Falcon 2000 (N427GW/EJM427) on a flight from Newark, NJ (KEWR) to Toronto/Lester B. Pearson, ON (CYYZ) approximately 10NM final for Runway 05 and level at 3000', reported encountering wake when approximately 6.5NM behind an Air France Boeing 777-300 (FGANN/AFR356) on a flight from Paris, France (LFPG) to Toronto/Lester B. Pearson, ON (CYYZ).

Incident at HALIFAX / STANFIELD INTL NS (CYHZ)

An Executive Jet Management Dassault Falcon 2000 (EJM427) from Halifax, NS (CYHZ) to Hamilton, Bermuda (TXKF) deviated from the standard instrument departure (SID) Runway 23 heading by turning right to approximately 270 degrees without air traffic controller (ATC) authorization. No other aircraft involved, minimal impact on air traffic service (ATS) operations.

AT 2308Z an Executive Jet Management Dassault Falcon 2000 (N427GW/EJM427) from Halifax, NS (CYHZ) to Hamilton, Bermuda (TXKF) taxied across Runway 14, after being instructed by Ground to Hold Short. No other aircraft affected, no impact.

Incident at In the vicinity of: ELERI Intersection

New York air traffic control center (ARTCC) reported to Moncton area control centre (ACC) that during a position report, an Executive Jet Management Inc. Dassault Falcon 2000 (EJM427) from Sint Maarten (TNCM) to Halifax, NS (CYHZ) advised CUDAS Intersection next rather than ELERI Intersection. New York ARTCC was unable to contact EJM427 to query CUDAS Intersection which is a reporting point that has been defunct for several months. ELERI Intersection is approximately 8 miles west of where CUDAS Intersection was. On contact with Moncton ACC, EJM427 confirmed proceeding over CUDAS Intersection. The Moncton ACC controller corrected the route. Minimal impact on air traffic services (ATS) operations, no conflicting traffic.
