COA78, Boeing 767-200, reported an ELT at 37,000 ft. around 43N 066W. Boston Air Route Traffic Control Centre (ARTCC) and the Rescue Coordination Centre (RCC) were advised. Nil TSB.

Incident at Enroute New-York to Athens

OAL412 B747 enroute New York to Athens advised ATC that they had experienced a couple of updrafts which had caused the aircraft to climb 500 feet. COA78 DC10 was in trafiic at 34,000 feet. Separation achieved was 500 feet vertical and 8 minutes longitudinal. Separation required is 1,000 feet vertical or 10 minutes longitudinal. Incident at 50 nm North East Halifax

COA78 DC10 enroute Newark to Zurich when just inside Gander ATC boundary advised of Unruly Passenger and request clearance to Boston. When 50 nm NE of Halifax, pilot request direct route to Bangor. Shortly afterwards, flight requested direct Halifax and wanted armed intervention and ambulance standing by. One passenger and one Flight attendant were injured.
