Incident at HALIFAX / STANFIELD INTL NS (CYHZ)
At 1109Z a PA31 departed Halifax en route to Iles-de-la-Madeleine. The aircraft departed Runway 33 with a reported visibility of 1/4 mile.

Incident at J.A. DOUGLAS MCCURDY SYDNEY AIRPORT
CME120 PA31 after landing Sydney Runway 07 Aircraft came to a rather abrupt stop due to flat nose wheel. Aircraft cleared the runway after a few minutes. Nil TSB Update. Maintenance and Manufacturing. Pilot experienced vibration on rollout, suspected disconnected steering linkage & stopped asap. Inspection revealed tire almost flat & then taxied clear of runway. Wheel assembly had been replaced the previous day & pressure checked at that time. Tube ripped when tire rolled on rim & source of leak could not be determined. No evidence of puncture in the tire but it was destroyed from wheel damage during taxi.

Incident at St. John's NF (Weather - precipitation, Aerodrome - runway or taxiway surface condition)
At 0700z St. John's airport closed due to icing and Notamed until 0830z. At 0730z Gander Runway 13/31 closed due snow. Winds 140 degrees at 15 Knots gusting 21 Knots. CME120 diverted to Gander due to conditions at St. John's. Flight arrived 0810Z. Nil TSB
