Incident at Norris Point

At approximately 1600Z Deer Lake FSS received a call from a gentleman in Norris Point, NL (approximately 30 NM North of YDF) reporting a low flying aircraft, a yellow water bomber, flying low enough to knock items from his kitchen counter. The incident occurred at 1530Z Approx. TKR284 CL21 departed CYDF 1518Z on a local flight, initially to the West. At 1600Z aircraft reported over Adies (16NM NE) inbound landing CYDF at 1612Z.
