C-GQPH a privately-registered Cessna C210 inbound for Pitt Meadows Runway 18 reported a gear light out. The pilot flew by the tower for a visual inspection. ATC noticed smoke streaming from the aircraft. The pilot was notified of smoke and that the gear appeared down. The pilot eventually reported a green light for the gear and landed safely on Runway 26L.

C-GQPH flew through control zone at 1500' without contacting the tower. The aircraft was observed and monitored on radar. C-GQPH landed at Pitt Meadows(CYPK)

C-GQPH reported unsafe gear indication. CFR on standby - aircraft landed safely at 0012Z.

C-GQPH reported an unsafe gear indication while on approach to Victoria Airport. Gear was partially extended and the aircraft crash landed Runway 09, coming to a stop in the vicinity of the intersection of Runway 09/13. Extensive damage to aircraft. No reported injury to pilot. Airport closed from 0236Z until 0410Z while the aircraft was removed.
