Incident at 15NM MONTRÉAL / PIERRE ELLIOTT TRUDEAU INTL QC (CYUL)

A 2098299 Ontario Inc. Socata TBM 700 (Series B) (C-GBCO) from Montreal/Pierre Elliott Trudeau International, QC (CYUL) to Toronto/Oshawa Executive, ON (CYOO) was flying a different route from that known by the air traffic services (ATS) unit. C-GBCO was flying KESKA KANUR while the known route of the air traffic services (ATS) unit for the flight was KESKA SAVEX KANUR. No operational impact.

Incident at 10NM SW MONTRÉAL / PIERRE ELLIOTT TRUDEAU INTL QC (CYUL)

After asking a Lorne Brett Motors Socata TBM 700 (Series B) (C-GBCO), from Montréal (CYUL), QC, to Saint John (CYSJ), NB, to change to the correct transponder code, C-GBCO stopped climbing at 1200 ft instead of following the TRUDO 2 DEP. C-GBCO was lower than the Mininum Vectoring Altitude (MVA) for the sector. Air Traffic Control (ATC) observed and cleared C-GBCO to 3000 ft. No impact on operations.

Incident at SAINT JOHN NB (CYSJ)

A Lorne Brett Motors Socata TBM 700 (C-GBCO) from Saint John, NB (CYSJ) to Fredericton, NB (CYFC) was cleared to CYFC off Runway 32 with altitude of 4000'. On initial contact C-GBCO checked in climbing to 4000' and was radar identified. Shortly after C-GBCO was observed still climbing at 4700'. There was no loss of separation, separation was not assured. There was no impact to the operation.

Incident at FREDERICTON INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT

A Lorne Brett Motors Socata TBM 700 (C-GBCO) from Fredericton, NB (CYFC) to Ottawa, ON (CYOW) was cleared takeoff Runway 27. The aircraft was subsequently observed departing Runway 33. Moncton centre advised immediately. No impact on operations.

Incident at SAINT JOHN NB (CYSJ)

CGBCO a PA46 inbound to Saint John from Portland was informed the Saint John weather special at 2308Z (Vis 0 FZFG RVR RWY05 800ft) and continued approach for Runway 05. The Pa46 Missed the Approach at 2329Z and was then was cleared by Moncton ACC for an approach to Runway 14 in Saint John. The Visibility had improved to 1/8 FZFG and pilot informed YSJ FSS of good visibility on RWY 14 approach. The PA46 landed safely at 2334Z.
