Incident at ROBERVAL QC (CYRJ)

The pilot of privately-owned M2OT C-FPXH originating from St-Hubert (CYHU) advised at 1424Z that the aircraft experienced an alternator failure and the electrical system was powered only by the battery. The pilot cancelled his IFR flight plan, but did not declare an emergency. The aircraft landed without incident at 1439Z at Roberval (CYRJ). Le pilote de C-FPXH, un aéronef privé M20T en provenance de St-Hubert (CYHU, a avisé à 1424Z que l'appareil avait subi une panne d'alternateur et que le système électrique ne fonctionnait uniquement qu'avec support de la batterie. Le pilote a alors annulé son plan de vol aux instruments (IFR). Le pilote n'a pas déclaré d'urgence. L'aéronef s'est posé sans problème 1439Z à Roberval (CYRJ).

Incident at Charlottetown

C-FPXH M2OP enroute Charlottetown to St.Pierre / Miquelon, was issued departure clearance SID runway 21 . Shortly after departure aircraft was observed turning left to a heading of 090 instead of maintaining runway heading as per SID. NIL TSB
