Incident at CALGARY INTL AB (CYYC)

A 1750958 Alberta Ltd. Beech C90GTI (C-FCAL) on a flight from Calgary, AB (CYYC) to Grande Prairie, AB (CYQU) was instructed by Ground to taxi via Taxiway ?YB? ?Y? ?C? for Runway 35L. The aircraft missed ?Y? and turned north on ?C? and held short of Runway 26. Minimal impact to operations. .

Incident at FORT ST. JOHN BC (CYXJ)

A 1750958 Alberta Ltd. Beech C90GTI (C-FCAL) from Grande Prairie, AB (CYQU) to Fort St John, BC (CYXJ) reported bird strike landing Runway 29. The airport authority recovered remains of a small hawk.

Incident at MARATHON ON (CYSP)

C-FCAL a Beech 95B55 departed Sault Ste. Marie (CYAM) and attempted to land at Marathon (CYSP). Unable due to weather so the pilot went to Terrace Bay (CYTJ). Terrace Bay runway 07/25, taxiway and apron were all notamed closed. However, pilot claims he was briefed by London FIC and was only informed of the taxiway being closed. C- FCAL then diverted to Thunder Bay (CYQT), landing safely at 1732z.

Incident at OTTAWA / MACDONALD-CARTIER INTL ON (CYOW)

The privately-registered Beech 55 aircraft (C-FCAL) was on an IFR flight from Ottawa (M-CIA) (CYOW) to Toronto (Buttonville) Municipal Airport (CYKZ). The aircraft departed runway 32 and the pilot was instructed to ""turn left to a heading of 270."" Due to a mechanical problem, the pilot elected to turn the aircraft left into the downwind without clearance. The controller reacted to the turn and the aircraft landed without further incident. Ops. impact -- unknown.

Incident at SASKATOON / JOHN G. DIEFENBAKER INTL SK (CYXE)

C-FCAL, a Beech 55, departed from Runway 27 at Saskatoon and shortly after, the pilot advised Tower that both engine alternators had failed. He circled and landed without incident at 1835Z. No other flights were inconvenienced.
