Incident at TORONTO / OSHAWA EXECUTIVE AIRPORT ON (CYOO) (FOD (foreign object debris))

An Airsprint Inc. Cessna 525A (C-FASW/ASP503) from Kenora, ON (CYQK) to Toronto/Oshawa, ON (CYOO) reported a bird strike upon landing on Runway 30. The runway was inspected, and the bird was retrieved. No operational impact.

An Airsprint Inc. Cessna 525A (C-FASW/ASP503) from Boston International, MA (KBOS) to Ottawa/Macdonald-Cartier International, ON (CYOW) reported being a victim of a green laser attack while flying in the Northwest direction at 12000 feet. No impact on operations.

An emergency locator transmitter (ELT) signal was heard by the Tower and Terminal units at the Calgary Intl., AB (CYYC) aerodrome. The signal was present from 2320Z until 2322Z. The source of the signal was found on the south side of the airport, which was an Airsprint Inc. Cessna 525A (C-FASW) conducting maintenance.

An Air Canada Rouge Airbus A319-114 (C-GBIJ/ ROU1694) from Kelowna, BC (CYLW) to Toronto, ON (CYYZ) was instructed to overshoot Runway 33L due to previous arrival Runway 33L, an Airsprint Cessna 525A (C-FASW/ ASP503) from Greenville, SC (KGMU) to Toronto, ON (CYYZ) still on Runway 33L. ROU1694 landed Runway 33L safely at 0106Z. No operational impact.

December 15, 2016

Incident at VANCOUVER INTL BC (CYVR) (Aerodrome, runway or taxiway shutdown)

After landing Runway 08R, an Airsprint Cessna 525A (C-FASW/ ASP503) from Victoria, BC (CYYJ) to Vancouver, BC (CYVR) reported hitting a coyote. Upon inspection nothing found. 3 aircraft delayed on departure. Runway 08R re-opened at 0212Z.
UPDATE from Airworthiness: A Civil Aviation Safety Inspector (CASI) looked into this occurrence. The crew observed the coyote very close to the aircraft on touch down, but were unsure if contact was made. The crew inspected the aircraft for any signs of contact. No evidence of contact was found. The aircraft proceeded on to Calgary where maintenance reinspected the aircraft. No evidence of contact or damages was found.

Incident at In the vicinity of: EBGAL Intersection

Update from Maintenance & Manufacturing: The aircraft registration was identified as C-FASW. The crew received an aft baggage door warning indication. The aircraft return to Calgary, AB (CYYC) where maintenance adjusted the door lock micro switch and released the aircraft.
An AirSprint Cessna 525A (ASP503) from Calgary, AB (CYYC) to Scottsdale, AZ (KSDL) reported a minor indication and requested to return to CYYC. The aircraft was required to hold over EBGAL Intersection for up to 30 minutes to burn fuel. No impact on operations.
