Incident at NANAIMO AIRPORT (Conflict - near collision (VFR or IFR))

A private BL14 CYXX to CYCD, VFR, landed runway 16 and was requested to hold short of runway 16 due to TUGG2 a C305 Birddog towplane with tow line attached, who was on final landing on the grass, alongside runway 16. The BL14 did not respond to any calls to stop prior to entering taxiway "B" forcing TUGG2 to execute a missed approach.

Incident at SPRINGBANK

BL14 CRUISEMASTER C-GWUS - WHEN LANDING RWY 25, LEFT MAIN GEAR PARTIALLY COLLAPSED. PILOT IMMEDIATELY TOOK-OFF AND CIRCLED FOR RWY07. AGAIN, CIRCLED FOR RWY 25. A/C LANDED WITH GEAR SELECTOR IN DOWN POSITION, PRESSURIZING HYDRAULICS SYSTEM. DAMAGE TO WINGTIP ONLY. INSPECTION REVEALED 'OVERCENTRE' DOWN SPRING WAS BROKEN. TIME = 2230Z. ACTION = SAH.

Incident at SASKATOON

BL14 CRUISEMASTER C-FCVB - AFTER LANDING ON RWY 27, THE A/C CAME TO A STOP AND THE ENGINE STOP RUNNING. THERE WAS NO COMMUNICATION WITH THE TOWER. AFTER APPROX 5 MINUTES THE A/C WAS TOWED OFF THE RWY. 1 A/C INBOUND WAS REROUTED TO RWY 33. TIME = 1645Z.
