Incident at NANAIMO AIRPORT

Pilot did a rejected take off procedure re: flap alarm fault indication. Flaps were re-cycled to a normal indication and flight departed shortly thereafter.

Required separation was not maintained between ARN838 (DHC-8) and GYJF (C185) resulting in a TCAS alert for Air Nova.

Incident at Dorval (ATS operating irregularity)

COM3733, Regional Jet CL65 ARN838 departing for Bathurst was cleared to position on RW10 when COM3733 entered RW28 for departure to Cincinnati. ARN838 left RW10 via taxiway FOXTROT.

Incident at Dorval

On IFR departure from runway 28, the pilot did not follow the Dorval 6 SID as he had been instructed. Instead of turning right to a heading of 315, he climbed on runway heading. No operational impact.
