ARN805 was cleared straight in ILS runway 01 at Wabush. Wabush FSS called for clearance on CG-QCM CYWK V316 CYZV. Flight data strips were not available at the sector. Controller assumed, based on a previous conversation with a female controller from Goose Ratcom that he was again talking to Goose Ratcon. He hand wrote the information for a Goose departure and issued a clearance based on that assumption. The error was detected when a female FSS operator at Wabush called with the departure time.
