Incident at Fort Lauderdale, FL (KFLL)
Aviation Incident Report: A passenger on an Air Canada Airbus A321-211 (ACA910) from Toronto/Lester B. Pearson, ON (CYYZ) to Fort Lauderdale, FL (KFLL) did not comply with the Transportation Security Administration (TSA) security directive on face masks. The cockpit remained secured. The aircraft continued to KFLL and landed without further incident.

Incident at enroute from Toronto to Miami, Florida
TSB Occurrence Summary A03F0071: C-GJVX, an Airbus A321 aircraft, operating as Air Canada flight 910 was en route from Toronto, Ontario to Miami, Florida when a food service trolley pinned a flight attendant's arm. The flight attendant was unable to continue his duties. The flight landed without further incident.

Incident at TORONTO / LESTER B. PEARSON INTL ON (CYYZ)
Shift manager advised tower that ACA910 was returning to Toronto (one charlie declared). ACA910 landed on runway 06R at 1338Z and the emergency equipment was released. The left engine had been shut down. Ops. Impact -- two aircraft waiting for departure were delayed approx. 5 - 7 minutes.

Incident at TORONTO
B767 ACA910 - APPROX 200 NM SOUTH OF TORONTO, THE PILOT REPORTED AN ENGINE FAILURE. THE A.C RETURNED TO TORONTO WITH THE ERS ON STANDBY AS REQUESTED. THE A/C LANDED WITHOUT FURTHER INCIDENT AT 1343Z. REPORTS STATE THAT THERE WAS A LOSS OF OIL PRESSURE FROM THE LEFT ENGINE. MAINTENANCE INSPECTION SHOWED OIL LEAKING FROM THE ENGINE OIL PRESSURE DIFFERENTIAL SWITCH. THE SWITCH WAS REPLACED AND THE A.C RETURNED TO SERVICE. OPS IMPACT - UNKNOWN. TIME = 1340Z. ACTION = PAX, PAH, TSB, IKO-PIA.
