ACA669 was issued a visual approach to runway 06L and read back 06R. ACA669 went throught the localizer for 06L and conflicted with AAL253 (American Airlines Fokker 100) on approach to runway 06R. Ops. Impact -- none.

ACA903 declared a medical emergency 80 miles south of LBPIA. Requested and received runway 33 to expedite. Ops. Impact -- AAL253 (MD80) had to overshoot runway 24L due ACA903 on final for runway 33.
