at 9NM N MONTRÉAL / PIERRE ELLIOTT TRUDEAU INTL QC (CYUL)
While inbound for Runway 24R, an Endeavor Air Bombardier CL-600-2D24 (EDV5503) from Minneapolis/St. Paul, MN (KMSP) to Montreal/Pierre Elliott Trudeau, QC (CYUL) did not turn at AGNAG towards TIDAS and maintained its heading. Impact: the separation between a Mesa Airlines Bombardier CL-600-2C10 (N513MJ/ASH6138) from Washington/Dulles, DC (KIAD) and EDV5503 was reduced to 2.6 NM and 400 ft, where 3 NM and 1 000 ft are required. No other impact on operations.
UPDATE TSB #A19Q0136: N902XS, an Endeavor Air Canadair CRJ900 (CL-600-2D24) (EDV5503) was flying IFR from Minneapolis—St. Paul/Wold-Chamberlain, MN, to Montreal/Pierre Elliott Trudeau International (CYUL), QC. During its approach to CYUL, the aircraft did not turn towards TIDAS after AGNAG, as prescribed, and instead continued on its course. Separation with N513MJ, a Mesa Airlines Canadair CRJ700 (CL-600-2C10) (ASH6138) flying from Washington-Dulles Intl (KIAD), Washington, DC, to CYUL was reduced to 2.6 NM horizontally and 400 feet vertically, whereas the required separation was 3 NM horizontally or 1,000 feet vertically.
