Impact: the separation between a Mesa Airlines Bombardier CL-600-2C10 (N513MJ/ASH6138) from Washington/Dulles, DC (KIAD) and EDV5503 was reduced to 2.6 NM and 400 ft, where 3 NM and 1 000 ft are required. No other impact on operations.
UPDATE TSB #A19Q0136: N902XS, an Endeavor Air Canadair CRJ900 (CL-600-2D24) (EDV5503) was flying IFR from Minneapolis—St. Paul/Wold-Chamberlain, MN, to Montreal/Pierre Elliott Trudeau International (CYUL), QC. During its approach to CYUL, the aircraft did not turn towards TIDAS after AGNAG, as prescribed, and instead continued on its course. Separation with N513MJ, a Mesa Airlines Canadair CRJ700 (CL-600-2C10) (ASH6138) flying from Washington-Dulles Intl (KIAD), Washington, DC, to CYUL was reduced to 2.6 NM horizontally and 400 feet vertically, whereas the required separation was 3 NM horizontally or 1,000 feet vertically.

B Pearson, ON (CYYZ) advised they were carrying out a missed approach Runway 24L due to wind shear. Aircraft issued with a heading of 235 degrees and climb to 3000ft. Aircraft observed to take up a heading of approx 270 degrees. Pilot was subsequently instructed to fly heading 180 degrees. Aircraft observed to take up the heading but then started descending. When pilot was queried they advised they were dealing with some weather issues. SKV7711 then diverted to Cleveland, OH (KCLE).

On departure, a Mesa Airlines Bombardier CL-600-2C10 (Series 700) (ASH6197) from Toronto/Lester B. Pearson, ON (CYYZ) to Washington-Dulles, VA (KIAD) was unable to retract the nose gear. ASH6197 declared an emergency and requested a return to CYYZ with emergency equipment on standby. ASH6197 accomplished their checklist and landed on Runway 15L uneventfully. Emergency vehicles met and escorted the flight to the gate. No operational impact.
Update TSB #A19O0108: N510MJ, the Mesa Airlines CL-600-2C10 (ASH6197) was on initial climb out from Lester B. Pearson Intl - Toronto (CYYZ) when the flight crew received a GEAR DISAGREE EICAS message and was unable to retract landing gear. The flight crew declared an emergency and returned to CYYZ and landed uneventfully with ARFF standing by. The operators maintenance placed the landing gear on MEL, pinned it in the down position, and the aircraft flew back to their maintenance facility in Washington Dulles Intl (KIAD) with landing gear extended.

TSB #A19F0098: C-FDJA, a Bombardier CL-600-2B19 CRJ200 aircraft operated by Jazz Aviation LP, was conducting flight JZA8172 from Montreal/Pierre Elliott Trudeau Intl (CYUL), QC to Washington/Dulles Intl (KIAD), VA with 4 crew members and 48 passengers on board. During the descent for the approach to Runway 1R into KIAD at 4000 feet ASL, the aircraft encountered a near miss with a drone. The device passed at less than a wingspan away to the right of the aircraft, and at the same altitude. The flight crew described it as a 4-blade drone. ATC was advised. There were no injuries, and the aircraft landed without further incident.

TSB Report #A19F0010: C-FWJF, a Bombardier CL-600-2B19 CRJ200 aircraft operated by Air Georgian, was conducting flight GGN7372 from Toronto/Lester B. Pearson Intl (CYYZ), ON to Washington/Dulles Intl (KIAD), VA with 3 crew members and 47 passengers on board. During the visual approach to Runway 19L approximately 7 nm from the runway, the flight crew received a TCAS TA. The flight crew was able to visually identify a Boeing 777 aircraft, lining up for a landing on Runway 19C. Subsequently, the flight crew received a TCAS RA to MONITOR VERTICAL SPEED. After concluding that there was no danger, the flight crew notified ATC and continued the approach without incident.
