At 5417N06024W 1600Z a United States Air Force Boeing C17A (88204A/RCH867) from Ramstein Air Base, DE (ETAR) to Campbell Army Airfield, KY (KHOP) declared an emergency due to Engine #4 shutdown. Flight requested a change in destination to Dover Air Force Base, DE (KDOV). No other aircrafts involved. No loss of separation.

Incident at 4859N/7107W, approx. 40NM au nord de Bagotville (CYBG)

A United States Department of Defense Globemaster C-17, flight number RCH802, was on an IFR flight from Fort Campbell (KHOP) to Ramstein (ETAR). At 2016Z, approximately 40 NM north of Bagotville (YBG), the crew declared a medical emergency on account of a crew member. The crew requested a diversion to Bangor (KBGR). No assistance was requested.
Update #1: The TSB occurrence number and class of investigation were added. According to TSB report #A12Q0149: The C17 operated by the United States Air Force (USAF) as flight number RCH802 was en route from Fort Campbell, Kentucky, to Ramstein, Germany, when the crew declared an emergency due to the medical condition of a crew member. The crew requested a diversion to Bangor, Maine, where it landed without incident.

New York centre coordinated a clearance with Gander for a flight routing direct to St. John?s (CYYT). The aircraft landed safely at 15:57Z.

RCH6007, C17, enroute from Spangdahlem (ETAD) to Fort Campbell (KHOP), at 34,000 ft., was cleared NOVEP direct to Sydney (CYQY) 086/100 refueling area. The aircraft had clearance to descent to 23,000 ft. The aircraft delayed descent and entered Moncton ACC high-level airspace at 34,000 ft. without coordination from Gander ACC. There was eastbound traffic at 31,000 ft. There was no loss of separation. Nil TSB.
