Incident at TORONTO / LESTER B. PEARSON INTL ON (CYYZ)

A Sunwing Airlines Boeing 737-8K5 (C-FVWA / SWG301) from Santa Clara, Cuba (MUSC) to Toronto, ON (CYYZ) was instructed to overshoot Runway 06L and initiate a right turn to a 100 heading due to a Mesa Airlines Embraer ERJ 170-200 LR (N82333 / ASH6078) from CYYZ to Houston, TX (KIAH) still on takeoff roll. In the overshoot, SWG301 conflicted with a previous departure, an American corporately registered Piper PA-46-350P (N480RV) from CYYZ to Columbus, OH (KCMH) on a 100° heading.
