UAL509 was rerouted to Bangor, ME (KBGR). Boston (BOS) supervisor was advised. No impact on operations, safety was not jeopardized, separation was assured.

The plan was modified at 2007Z to change the ETD to 2030Z. No departure time entered. The estimated time of arrival (ETA) was received at 2242Z from KBDRYFYX. Quebec never had the alert service.
