Pearson Intl, ON (CYYZ) to White Plains, NY (KHPN) made an uncleared left-hand (L/H) turn off Runway 23 towards a KLM Royal Dutch Airlines Airbus A330-300 (PHAKA/KLM086) on a flight from Toronto/Lester B. Pearson Intl, ON (CYYZ) to Amsterdam, Netherlands (EHAM) off Runway 24R. The controller caught the deviation and re-cleared both aircraft to regain separation. Aircraft came within 1NM and 300ft of each other. No operational impact.
Update TSB Report #A19O0140: N682D, a private Raytheon BAE H125 aircraft, was on an IFR flight from Toronto/Lester B. Pearson Intl (CYYZ), ON to White Plains/Westchester County (KHPN), NY. PH-AKA, an Airbus A330-300 aircraft operated by KLM Royal Dutch Airlines, was conducted flight KLM86 from Toronto/Lester B. Pearson Intl (CYYZ) to Amsterdam/Schiphol (EHAM) NL. Just after departure from CYYZ, N682D made an uncleared left turn towards PH-AKA, which had just departed off Runway 24R. The controller caught the deviation and recleared both aircraft to regain separation. The Aircraft came within 1 NM and 300 feet of each other.

After landing and vacating Runway 24R, a KLM Royal Dutch Airlines Airbus A330-300 (PHAKF/KLM31) from Amsterdam/Schiphol, Netherlands (EHAM) to Toronto/Lester B. Pearson, ON (CYYZ) reported a possible hydraulic leak. Following arrivals were re-positioned onto Runway 24L. Runway 24R inspected and returned to service. KLM31 stopped on Taxiway D and inspection found hydraulic fluid on the taxiway. KLM31 shut down on Taxiway D, passengers were bused to the terminal, the aircraft was subsequently towed to the gate and taxiway returned to service.

TSB Report #A19F0266: C-FDBD, a Boeing 737-800 aircraft operated by Sunwing Airlines Inc., was conducting flight TFL194, Kos Island Intl (LGKO), Greece to Amsterdam/Schiphol (EHAM), Netherlands with 6 crew members and 183 passengers on board. During the climb through FL300, ATC asked the flight crew if they could climb to FL360 and how long it would take. The flight crew replied in the affirmative and indicated it would take 4 minutes. While climbing the flight crew informed ATC that they would be unable to make FL360 within the 4 minutes. Leveling off at FL360 a TCAS RA (Monitor vertical speed) was triggered. No action was required, the flight continued uneventfully.
