Runway conditions suddenly became slippery.

UPDATE: TSB Report #A21A0016: N401KZ, a Boeing 747-400 aircraft operated by Kalitta Air, was conducting flight CKS335 from Los Angeles, CA (KLAX) to Brussels, Belgium (EBBR). During cruise, while in Gander oceanic airspace, the EICAS displayed "ENG OIL FILT 2" and "ENG OIL TEMP". The crew consulted the QRH and shutdown engine number 2. The crew declared an emergency and requested a diversion to East Midlands, United Kingdom (EGNX). The aircraft landed without further incident. Maintenance determined that the engine had experienced internal damage. A 3-engine ferry flight to the company’s maintenance facility was conducted, where the engine was replaced and the aircraft was returned to service.

An Air Canada Boeing 787-9 (ACA833) from Brussels, Belgium (EBBR) to Montreal/Pierre Elliott Trudeau, QC (CYUL) landed on Runway 06R with the brakes locked. Light smoke was noticed by the air traffic controller (ATC) and the aircraft was alerted. No emergency declared. A runway inspection was performed and rubber was removed from the runway. ACA833 remained immobilized for several minutes on the A1 exit.

A Brussels Airlines Airbus A330-343 (OO-SFL/BEL515) from Brussels, Belgium (EBBR) to Washington-Dulles, VA (KIAD) sent a PAN PAN message and advised that they were offsetting course, descending from F380 to F275, and turning back to EBBR. Multiple pieces of traffic. Aircraft was re-cleared eastbound with no further impact to operations.
Update TSB #A19A0045: OO-SFL, an Airbus 330-343 aircraft operated by Brussels Airlines, was conducting flight BEL515 from Brussels (EBBR), Belgium to Washington/Dulles Intl (KIAD), VA with 10 crew members and 233 passengers on board. During cruise flight at position N5413/W04846, the flight crew declared a PAN PAN and executed an oceanic track deviation procedure to return to EBBR. The procedure was elected by the operator since it was discovered during the flight that the required administrative documentation was not on board for the flight into the United States.
