Update TSB #A19A0045: OO-SFL, an Airbus 330-343 aircraft operated by Brussels Airlines, was conducting flight BEL515 from Brussels (EBBR), Belgium to Washington/Dulles Intl (KIAD), VA with 10 crew members and 233 passengers on board. During cruise flight at position N5413/W04846, the flight crew declared a PAN PAN and executed an oceanic track deviation procedure to return to EBBR. The procedure was elected by the operator since it was discovered during the flight that the required administrative documentation was not on board for the flight into the United States.

TSB A17Q0117 UPDATE: An Air Transat Airbus 330-200 (C-GTSI/ TSC157) was on an IFR flight from Brussels (EBBR), Belgium, to Montréal/Pierre Elliott Trudeau Intl (CYUL), QC, with 340 passengers and 11 crew members on board. While the aircraft was conducting a holding pattern due to weather at CYUL, the crew reported a minimum fuel situation and declared an emergency. The crew asked to be diverted to Ottawa/Macdonald-Cartier Intl (CYOW), ON, where it landed on Runway 32 without incident.
Even though it was in a holding pattern for landing at Montréal/Pierre Elliott Trudeau (CYUL), QC, an Air Transat Airbus A330-200 (TSC157), from Brussels (EBBR), Belgium, to CYUL, reported a minimum fuel situation and asked to be diverted to Ottawa/Macdonald-Cartier (CYOW), ON. Incident at BRUSSELS BElGIUM (EBBR) (FOD (foreign object debris), Aerodrome, runway or taxiway shutdown)

TSB Report#A17F0020: C-GFAJ, an Airbus 330-300 aircraft operated by Air Canada, was conducting flight ACA833 from Brussels, Belgium (EBBR) to Montreal/Pierre Elliott Trudeau Intl, QC (CYUL). During the take-off run from Runway 07L, the forward right hand wheel of the right main landing gear failed and separated. The flight crew heard a loud bang, associated with an ECAM warning BRAKE that came on simultaneously. The flight crew rejected the takeoff at 82 knots, declared a PAN PAN and requested ARFF at the aircraft. The deceleration did not occur as expected since one thrust reverser did not deploy due to the loss of the green hydraulic pressure. The aircraft vacated the runway at Taxiway C1 and was shut down. There were no injuries. Debris were scattered on the whole length of the runway, including the intersection of Runway 01. The operator?s maintenance found damage to the number 1 engine nose cowl. The right hand main landing gear bogie requires replacement.
