The Cleveland Air Route Traffic Control Center (ZOB) controller advised the Toronto Centre (CZY) controller that an American, corporately registered Learjet 35A (N354EF) from Toronto/Lester B. Pearson, ON (CYYZ) to Teterboro, NJ (KTEB) that had just been handed off was dumping fuel due to a fuel balance issue. ZOB subsequently advised at time 1830Z that fuel dumping was complete. No impact on operations and there were no other aircraft in the vicinity of N354EF during the period of dumping. The fuel dumping occurred between coordinates 43.28N079.03W and 43.16N078.29W.
