The aircraft requested to descend and land at Montreal/Pierre Elliott Trudeau, QC (CYUL). Necessary measures were taken with the adjacent sectors. No impact on operations.
Update: TSB Report A19Q0160: a privately registered Falcon 900LX (F-FWWY) was on an instrument flight rules (IFR) flight from Goose Bay, NL (CYYR) to Bill & Hillary Clinton National/Adams Field, U.S. (KLIT) with just 2 pilots on board. While the aircraft was cruising at FL430 approximately 45 NM west of YBC, a crack appeared on the middle windshield in the 3 right-side windshields. The crew declared an emergency and diverted to Montreal/Pierre Elliott Trudeau, QC (CYUL). The aircraft landed without incident. There were no injuries or damage.

Although it received and read back the descent clearance to FL280, a British Aerospace HS125 (C-GOHJ), operated by Hawker Limited Partnership, flying from Port-Menier, QC (CYPN) to Montreal/Pierre Elliott Trudeau, QC (CYUL) continued its descent after FL280. Despite quick action by the Air Traffic Controller (ATC), the space between C-GOHJ and a U.S.-owned and -operated Beech B300 (N506KB), flying from Manassas, VA (KHEF) to Goose Bay, NL (CYYR) was reduced to 3 NM and 800 ft.
UPDATE TSB #A19Q0132: C-GOHJ, a British Aerospace HS125 operated by Hawker Limited Partnership was conducting a flight from Port-Menier (CYPN), QC, to Montreal/Pierre Elliott Trudeau Intl (CYUL), QC. At 40 NM southwest of Quebec City, QC, it was cleared for a descent to FL280 and read back the clearance correctly. C-GOHJ continued descending below FL280. As a result, separation between C-GOHJ and N506KB, a Raytheon B300 flying from Manassas Regional Airport/Harry P. Davis Field (KHEF) to Goose Bay (CYYR), Labrador, was reduced to 3 NM and 800 feet, though separation should have been 5 NM or 1,000 feet.

A deviation from the route was detected before the flight entered active CYR665. The airspace warning feature (AWF) went off. No impact on operations.

At takeoff from Montreal/Pierre Elliott Trudeau, QC (CYUL), a Sky Regional Airlines Embraer ERJ 170-200 SU (SKV7634) from Montreal/Pierre Elliott Trudeau, QC (CYUL) to New York/La Guardia, NY (KLGA) was cleared for 7 000 ft. Despite the perfect readback, SKV7634 continued its climb beyond 7 000 ft up to 7 700 ft. Impact: the separation between SKV7634 and an American corporately owned Learjet 45 (N65TP) from Goose Bay, NL (CYYR) to Montreal/Pierre Elliott Trudeau, QC (CYUL) was reduced to 1.1 NM and 300 ft.
TSB Update #A19Q0101: C-FJBO, a Sky Regional Embraer ERJ 170-200, was on instrument flight rules (IFR) flight SKV7634 from Montreal/Pierre Elliott Trudeau, QC (CYUL) to New York/LaGuardia, NY (KLGA). N65TP, a privately registered Learjet 45, was on an instrument flight rules (IFR) flight from Goose Bay, NL (CYYR) to CYUL. During the initial climb, SKV7634 was cleared by air traffic control (ATC) for up to 7 000 ft ASL, and the clearance was read back correctly. However, the crew continued the climb up to 7 700 ft ASL, which reduced the separation with N65TP, which was inbound for CYUL, to 1.1 nautical mile horizontally and 300 ft vertically. The required separation of 1 000 ft vertically or 3 NM horizontally was not maintained.

After a hand off (H/O) from Gander (QX), a Jazz de Havilland DHC-8-402 (C-GJZG/JZA8899) from Goose Bay, NL (CYYR) to Halifax/Stanfield, NS (CYHZ) was seen approximately 17 NM east of the route indicated in the Canadian Automated Air Traffic System (CAATS). Air traffic control (ATC) at Gander (QX) confirmed that the tower at CYYR had given it the flight planned route. When questioned, JZA8899 confirmed that it was going directly (DCT) to 4700N06249W.

All attempts to contact the aircraft were unsuccessful. Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP) were requested and filed a check. Halifax Joint Rescue Coordination Centre (JRCC) located the aircraft at CYMH via RCMP and flight plan was closed.

A Provincial Airlines de Havilland DHC-8-102 (C-FDND/PVL415) on a flight from Goose Bay, NL (CYYR) to Deer Lake, NL (CYDF) had been given the advisory and was 2 minutes from landing Runway 25 when a Gander Flight College student pilot flying a Cessna 152 (C-GZSV) on a flight from Gander Intl, NL (CYQX) to Deer Lake, NL (CYDF) made their initial call inside the zone on a tight left base. Traffic was passed and PVL415 requested the students pilots intentions. C-GZSV replied with its position. The flight service station (FSS) then asked if C-GZSV was able to conduct right hand turns for spacing with PVL415. The student pilot confirmed they would make a right hand turn for spacing. PVL415 landed and then 1 minute later, C-GZSV did a touch and go.

Update TSB #A19A065: C-GJZC, a de Havilland DHC-8-402 aircraft operated by Jazz Aviation LP, was conducting flight JZA8898 from Halifax/Stanfield Intl (CYHZ), NS to Goose Bay (CYYR), NL. Shortly after the departure from CYHZ, the aircraft experienced a loss of number 2 hydraulic system pressure. The crew contacted ATC and requested return to CYHZ. An alternate landing gear extension was required to lower the landing gear, and the crew requested that airport emergency services stand by for the landing. The aircraft landed and taxied to the gate without further incident.

Update TSB #A19A0038: N645GT, a Boeing 767-324 aircraft operated by Atlas Air Inc. was conducting flight GTI8473 from Frankfurt-Hahn (EDFH), Germany to Portsmouth/Pease Intl (KPSM), NH. 450 nm north east of Goose Bay (CYYR), NL at position N58.0 W049.44, the flight crew smelled smoke in the cockpit, and requested a diversion to CYYR. After declaring an emergency, the aircraft landed without further incident. Upon investigation, it was discovered that the fault was the forward equipment cooling and exhaust fan.
